CCJM provided commissioning services to assist the Owner in improving the building by bringing equipment to its operational state, reduce comfort calls, reduce energy usage and demand costs, increase equipment life and improve indoor air quality. The project included LEED-EB O&M Credits. Our scope included:

  • Develop Site-Specific Commissioning Plan
  • Perform the operations initial site assessment
  • Execute pre-functional checklists
  • Develop a list of O&M deficiencies/opportunities
  • Develop a diagnostic monitoring and functional testing plan
  • Implement monitoring and testing
  • Analyze the monitoring and testing data and determine which O&M opportunities are most cost-effective
  • Implement O&M improvements and retest to verify fixes
  • Recommend energy efficient capital improvements
  • Develop Commissioning Report

  • HVAC, including cooling towers, pumps, variable speed drives, piping, ductwork, exhaust systems, heat pumps, building automation
  • Emergency Power Systems
  • Life Safety Systems including fire alarm and fire protection
