Energy Audits for Multi-Family Residential Units

The Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County (CEDA) is a community action agency serving Cook County. It provides economic development and human service programs to address the needs of low-income County residents and the underlying conditions which cause those needs.

CEDA provides a variety of services including, but not limited to, Head Start, WIC, Emergency, Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Housing and Weatherization. The Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) is designed to assist low-income residents save energy and money while increasing the comfort of their homes. CEDA administers this program to low-income homeowners and qualified renters to help to make their homes more energy efficient.

CCJM is providing comprehensive Energy Audits and designing Energy Conservation Measures, equipment and construction specifications for CEDA’s multi-family units, approximately 90 buildings.
