Must be licensed engineer in the District of Columbia and Maryland or reciprocity within six months. Firm has existing utility and site development contracts and wants to focus on infrastructure contracts including a strong practice in trenchless technologies. Minimum 8 years experience with a mentoring attitude and with leadership, writing, and interpersonal skills. No relocation assistance provided.
