CCJM Moves Headquarters to Baltimore

BaltimoreMarch 12, 2015

BALTIMORE, Md. - CCJM now provides full engineering solutions from its new headquarters location in the heart of Baltimore’s central business district, at the Inner Harbor Center, 400 East Pratt Street.

The building has been renovated as part of the open space plan developed by the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Baltimore City Department of Planning, and the Baltimore Development Corporation to foster the creation of a dense, mixed-use district that is the center of Baltimore region in all respects – business, residential, retail, tourism, education, and government.

“This move truly integrates all CCJM services and proficiencies and builds on our momentum that smarter is always the answer.” – Anil Ahuja, CCJM President

CCJM has long provided engineering solutions to the City of Baltimore, including co-authoring the Baltimore City Green Building Standards, promoting the design and construction of green buildings for public and private development in Baltimore. We’ve also been a long-standing, effective service provider for the rehabilitation of water and wastewater pumping stations, streets and highways, and recently assisted in the renovation of media centers at two Baltimore City Public Schools.

As we gear up for the year ahead, we look forward to continuing our focus on quality and service for engineering solutions that work!
