For over 30 years, CCJM has nurtured an unwavering commitment to quality service and to continual improvement. This commitment has been the foundation for our local, regional and national reputation for excellence. Our efforts for effective and efficient infrastructure solutions coupled with a determination to exceed client expectations has resulted in consistent recognition by our peers, clients, and industry.

Through the years, our client-focused solutions have been lauded by the American Council of Engineering Companies, American Institute of Architects, Chicago Building Congress and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, among others.

The results we deliver for our clients have been showcased in dozens of publications, including Architecture Magazine, Consulting Specifying Engineer Magazine, Building Design and Construction Magazine, Focus (the AIA Newsletter), and the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal.

In addition, our creative and cost-effective sustainable designs have earned Silver, Gold and Platinum Level LEED certification for several clients. CCJM was also a major partner in the development of Baltimore City’s Green Building Standards — new green building regulations for the promotion of the design and construction of verifiable green projects for both public and private development in the city.
