  • The CCJM/EBA Joint Venture was recently awarded DCFA #454-WSA, Basic Ordering Agreement – Infrastructure XI (BOA XI) by the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water). This BOA is for $5 million dollars over a four-year period.
