NAVFAC Command Center

CCJM offers practical solutions for a broad range of site development issues, with extensive experience in design and permitting for institutional, industrial, commercial, transportation and residential developments.

Throughout our extensive contribution in site/civil design, we have worked collaboratively with land development, surveying, environmental, and GIS experts to deliver cost-effective sustainable designs that transform communities.

Our team has broad project experience that spans a wide range of project types and sizes. From multi-million dollar centers to small, urban infill residential projects, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. The 8-acre NAVFAC command center facility site (above) required sustainable solutions for access, utilities, parking, stormwater management and security.

Our collaborative approach keeps all stakeholders engaged at the right times and lines of communication open. With our knowledge of the infrastructure involved, zoning and permitting processes, and the interest of the cities and towns, we drive projects that work. And we manage scope, schedule, and budget to avoid surprises while integrating green and low impact features to improve building performance, occupant satisfactions, and environmental impact.

Civil/Site Design Services include Preliminary Engineering Studies, Detailed Site Design, Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Design, Stormwater Management, Detention and Water Quality Design, Sanitary Sewer Collection System Analysis and Design, Roadway and Pavement Design and Construction Administration.

CCJM has ISI certified infrastructure sustainability expertise and LEED accredited engineers.

Surveying, Mapping and Land Development

For over 30 years CCJM has provided reliable and efficient surveying services for local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as public-sector projects. CCJM’s Survey Department works under the direction and supervision of a multi-state licensed surveyor with over 25 years of experience. This knowledge provides our clients with a survey/design project supervisor capable of assessing the survey needs for each particular project based on the owner’s requests and the requirements of local, state, and federal government agencies.

CCJM’s Survey Department has extensive experience in topgraphic, boundary, and construction stakeout surveying for numerous applications. We use state-of-the-art total stations, robotic stations and GNSS dual-frequency stations, each paired with a data collector. CCJM employs a “Field to Finish” technology using field software and CAD software to expedite the conversion of field data to final drawing formats.Survey Logos
