Surveying, Mapping and Land Development
CCJM conducts surveys in support of our design projects and as an independent service for our clients, providing accurate, cost-effective surveying services for over 30 years.
Surveying practice and equipment has changed significantly in the last 30 years evolving from 5 man crews, transits and steel tapes to 1 and 2 man crews employing robotic and GPS methods. Industry projections are that as more satellite systems are launched, accuracy will improve. Survey GPS equipment is capable of horizontal accuracy of 5mm (0.2 inches) and vertical accuracy of 10mm (0.4 inches). CCJM is committed to using the latest technology to provide our clients with the accurate data they need.
