Dave has over 27 years of diversified experience in both large and small municipal water supply, storage, transmission and treatment facilities. His expertise includes wastewater collection, transmission and pumping systems, and treatment facilities planning, studies and design. Dave has managed projects large and small, including concurrent municipal water and wastewater projects totaling $200 million in construction cost. Many projects included rapid response, evaluation of reliability and efficiency of equipment and processes, innovative methods of renovation and the upgrade of mechanical equipment. He has established and used procedures for allocating, scheduling, and QA/QC for the tasks involved in various design and construction activities for over 15 years. Dave is Managing Principal of our Washington DC office and Senior Vice President.
