Donald Koch

Donald KochDon has over 30 years of experience, primarily in the hydrologic, hydrogeologic, and environmental fields. He has managed projects of significant size and scope related to hazardous waste, groundwater, surface water and environmental analysis. Throughout his career, Mr. Koch has been involved in nonpoint source pollution, water quality, and stormwater management. He was the lead author of the last two versions of the Baltimore City Stormwater Management Manual. He has applied this expertise in stormwater management to a series of sustainable site planning projects. Don also developed the first public domain three dimensional solute transport groundwater model for the U.S. Army Environmental Center. He then applied this model in support of the U.S. Army Superfund Program at over 20 installations throughout the U.S. The U.S. Army has recognized him as an expert on groundwater contamination. Don is Managing Principal of our Survey Department and a CCJM Vice President.
