Structural Engineering : The structural engineering group has historically supported the water and wastewater facility design groups within the firm. The designs have included tankage, treatment process buildings, and pipeline structures such as vaults and thrust blocks. Recently, the structural group has successfully added to their work by completing structural evaluations and designs for new and old buildings including roof designs for developers and architects.

Surveying : CCJM’s Survey Department works under the direction and supervision of a registered surveyor who is experienced in land development design. This provides the client with a survey/design project supervisor capable of assessing the survey needs for each particular project based on the design parameters and the requirements of state, local, and federal agencies that will review and approve the project.

Stormwater Management/Stream Restoration : CCJM’s extensive stormwater management experience ranges from initial stormwater master plans and studies to final system design. We have completed hundreds of stormwater projects including numerous assignments for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, developers, highway administrations and municipalities. In addition, our staff regularly uses sophisticated stormwater software. Designs include filter systems to minimize particulates discharges into receiving streams.
