In conjunction with the Public Building Commission and STL Architects, CCJM was selected as Engineer-of-Record for this new 3-story, 115,000 sq. ft. middle school on Chicago’s northwest side.  We provided construction documents, bidding assistance and construction administration services.

This new school was included as part of the Chicago Public Schools Capital Improvement Program.  The school is planned for 912 students with 35 classrooms, library, state-of-the-art computer network, kitchen and dining and administrative and support areas.
