Since JP Morgan Chase merged with Bank One, the new company needed more adequate office space to accommodate the new firm.

CCJM worked with Griskelis Young Harrell for several of these interior build-out, relocation projects  The scope included Mechanical, Electrical and Telecommunications engineering services to evaluate existing conditions and provide schematic design, design development, contract documents, bid assistance and construction administration.
