Kraft Foods, a global leader in branded foods and beverages, engaged the team of CCJM and STR Partners to design the new 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art pilot plant and 120,000 sq. ft. office and packaging innovation laboratory building renovation project.  The entire product development cycle is organized within a single laboratory structure with basic science research at one end, applied research nearby and at the far end, product development.  The project included a chemical storage area and incorporated design of process heating and cooling, chemical fume hoods with make-up air and flexible power feeds to laboratories and equipment.
