Xsport Fitness Clubs

Capital Fitness, Inc. owns and operates 15 health and fitness clubs in the Chicago area.  These state-of-the-art 50,000 square feet facilities provide 75,000-plus members with such amenities as 130 pieces of cardio and totaling in excess of 300 pieces of weight equipment, extensive free-weights areas, Olympic-style swimming pools, spas, basketball courts, luxurious saunas and steam rooms, climbing walls and group fitness activity.

 CCJM has been Engineer-of-Record for seven of these clubs providing MEP/FP, voice/data, video and security design services.
