Congregation Beth Shalom
Northbrook, Illinois

CCJM provided MEP/FP design for construction of two new wings and renovation of the existing facility of Congregation Beth Shalom, Northbrook, Illinois.   The 55,000 sq. ft. project includes an assembly with capacity for 1,500 that can be retracted or configured down to 3 separate halls.  Facility includes classroom space, administrative areas and kitchen.  The intent was to enable the synagogue to remain open throughout the construction during three different phases.

The renovation of the existing 12,165 sq. ft. building includes a new gift shop, coatroom, window replacement, new and modified MEP systems, including new automatic sprinkler system.
