For this 29-story, 38-unit condominium building, we made a survey of the mechanical/electrical systems and provided an Engineer’s Report.  Based on our report, we were commissioned to design an upgrade to the building’s chiller.  CCJM designed systems for the replacement of the existing air-cooled and water-cooled chiller, split system and cooling towers, which serve the condominium units, common areas, lobby and hallways.
