Highway/Bridge Design and Rehabilitation : Our staff has significant expertise and experience in all aspects of highway design and rehabilitation. We have provided planning studies for projects with construction estimates up to $100 million and have produced environmental assessments, Section 4(f) and categorical exclusions. Design aspects include highway alignment, pavement design, drainage, stormwater management, traffic control, signalization, erosion and sedimentation control.
