successful execution and client satisfaction. - Business Development: Spearhead marketing and business development
initiatives, securing new clients and expanding our service offerings. - Team Management: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment,
providing mentorship and guidance to staff. - Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient office operations, managing budgets,
staffing, and workload effectively.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with
20+ years of proven technical knowledge. - Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams,
fostering professional development. - Project Management Savvy: Proven ability to manage complex projects on time
and within budget. - Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development principles
and experience securing new clients. - Technical Skills: Proficient in Microstation and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer Certification in PA.
