This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing engineering company in the Baltimore area. CCJM has an immediate need for a full-time Project Engineer for its Water Practice in the Hunt Valley, Maryland Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction to engineering technicians and providing quality control reviews of their work, managing field and office work, and coordinating design work with other disciplines. Education: ABET-accredited Bachelor s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or a similar field is required. Certification/License: Engineer in Training certificate is required. Professional Engineer License not required but preferred. Experience: Three to five years of experience in municipal water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure design, assessment, and rehabilitation; including treatment, conveyance, and pumping systems design Preferred Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language Ability to work well in a team environment Experience in coordination with regulatory agencies Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal, negotiating, problem-solving, analytical skills Proficient in the use of standard office/design software (ie, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Google Earth) Proficiency in Geospatial Information System (GIS), and ESRI GIS products About CCJM: C.
