CCJM provides Commissioning and Start-up services throughout a project’s lifecycle. Where CCJM is not the engineer of record, we offer fully enhanced independent commissioning services throughout the design process. Construction Management & Inspection Services
CCJM has provided CMI services for the Construction of Roads/Bridges as well as MEP (Buildings/Facilities) Construction. A successful project is not only comprised of good design but also a well-trained CMI staff to ensure Contract Compliance during Construction. Our certified inspectors are constantly keeping in touch with the latest technology and training/certifications.
Energy Services

Surveying
CCJM provides quality surveying services for local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as public-sector projects. Our highly efficient personnel, led by a multi-state Professional Land Surveyor, have extensive experience in topographic, boundary, and construction stakeout surveying efforts. We utilize state-of-the-are total stations, robotic stations and GNSS dual-frequency receivers, each paired with a data collector. This equipment permits field crews to collect data and reductions ‘on-the-fly,’ allowing immediate grade staking information, thereby increasing the contractor’s efficiency.

Water/Wastewater
