CCJM led a team of Architects, Engineers and Specialty Consultants to upgrade the 24-story, 420,000+ sq. ft. Michael A. Bilandic Building in downtown Chicago. Upgrades included energy-efficient lighting, security and life safety systems, and a roofing system replacement.
