A new Town Hall was designed for the Town of Colmar Manor, MD. This one-story, 20,505 sq. ft. building has a full basement and mezzanine level. CCJM provided civil engineering services including verification of the existing topography; stormwater management plans; utility plans; sediment and erosion control plans; demolition plans; and construction services.
The stormwater management plan included a bioretention area and low-impact development practices. Services provided included testimony for a zoning variance, submittal of plans for a parking variance, and support for the creation of an alternative landscaping plan. CCJM was retained to approve the site design including the new water service construction and stormwater management features. CCJM also provided construction phase services for the new community center.
